Hot Water Springs:
Approximately 40-50m under the land there is a geo thermal pool of water with a temperature of 40°C /104°F. As you go deeper (150-200m) the water becomes hotter approaching temperatures of 80°C /176°F.
Salt Water Access:
Next to the land there is a pipeline of brine / salt water from the Govora Salt Mines. With the city’s permission you can connect to the pipeline to use the flow of salt water for therapeutic pools.
Land is equipped with utilities: electric power lines, city water and sewer, hot steam line pipes (for heating purposes).
There is a fish pond known as “Lake Diaconescu”; with a surface area of approximately 3,737 meters / 40,230 square feet, comparable to the size of an American football field.
Near the lake lies the only building on the land, a 40 sq. meters / 430 sq. ft. fully-renovated and utilities-equipped building with 2 rooms, hallway and bathroom.
The land is flat, with a westward slope opposite of Lake Ostroveni.
There is an opening to the lake of 611 meters / 2005 feet.
